It was good to see everyone at
the Construction Safety days, OSHA Safety Day, ASSE Three Rivers Meeting.
I manually compiled the February
OSHA citations. What a pain of several hours. I miss the days to look at the
press releases but no more. The no shaming the employer is the theme.
This month ppt is from my speech
at OSHA Safety Day in Dixon. It is the top 20 audit items missed for industry
inspections. It was popular and many have requested it since. I average 20
violations per industry audit and last year had two places with over 50 issues.
Last year no one pass lockout audit criteria.

hours worked in the Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries (CFOI). The affected
data were fatal occupational injury counts, fatal occupational injury rates,
