OSHA News for December 2021 Hello, This was a crazy busy month with work everyday. The New OSHA ETS on Vaccinate/test came out. The 5th circuit said no. The 6th circuit will hear the case. The ETS is taught part of the OSHA Harwood grant. www.nsec.edu for free training. I broke the 2000 student taught barrier for the seventh year in a row. December, January and February are all booked. Thanks for all the classes and audits. Registration is Open for 145-Hour Safety Administrator Certificate Course. This is one of the best preparation classes for the CHST. Dozens have passed the CHST on the first try after completion. You will earn many certificates along the way. It starts December 7 – May 12 on Tuesday and Thursday via ZOOM. Classes are 6-9pm.
