OSHA News for October 2021 Hello, This was a very busy month. My Yogi Berra-ism is: I am so busy, and no one wants to hire me anymore. What changed? The construction sector wants the winter training in the fall now. Usually, they wait for January-Marchfor much of the activity. Now October and November are 100% booked. The Stock market jumped today on the news that Merck has a Covid pill to cut hospitalization and deaths by 50%. I can see the Willful citations being raised to $700,000. The dollar stores have dozens of willful violations for blocked exits despite making billions. See the article below. This month's ppt is Motor Vehicles and Struck by for construction. It seems equipment run over workers every week. I was involved in one incident in September, and the equipment did not have a backup alarm.
